Orders & Jewellery

Are all your jewellery pieces handmade?
Yes — every Sandy T® piece is handmade and made to order with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for your jewellery to be handcrafted before dispatch.

What materials do you use?
We use only high-quality sterling silver, stainless steel, and 18k gold-plated jewellery. Each piece is designed to last and crafted with attention to detail.

What about your stones?
Our gemstones are natural, high-quality stones, carefully selected for their beauty and durability.

Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is water-resistant, but we do not recommend exposing it to water for long periods. To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.

Can I customise my jewellery?
Yes — many of our pieces can be personalised with engraving or adjusted to size. If you’d like something special, email us at customercare@sandyt.co.uk.

Do you offer resizing?
Most of our designs can be resized. Simply request this when arranging your return or exchange.


Shipping & Delivery

Which courier do you use?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked for peace of mind.

How long does UK delivery take?

  • Standard Delivery – up to 7 business days from order date (£3.95 or FREE over £50)

  • Express Delivery – up to 2 business days from order date (£5.95, order before 11am Mon–Fri)

  • Special Delivery – Guaranteed next working day with express production (£8.95, order before 11am Mon–Fri)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer International Tracked Delivery for £9.99. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note customs charges may apply in your country.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unworn and in perfect condition.

How do I return an item?
Contact us at customercare@sandyt.co.uk and we’ll issue a Royal Mail Tracked returns label.

  • For UK customers, a £3.95 fee (equal to standard delivery) will be deducted from your refund.

  • For international customers, the cost of the tracked returns label will be deducted from your refund.

  • Faulty items are returned free of charge.

Can I return earrings or engraved items?
For hygiene and customisation reasons, earrings and engraved jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.


Payments & Gift Options

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — our jewellery comes in beautiful branded packaging, and gift wrap options are available at checkout.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, Sandy T® digital gift cards are available and make the perfect present.
