Returns & Exchanges

At Sandy T®, every piece is handmade and made to order with care. We want you to love your jewellery - but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Refunds

You can return any item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s unworn and in perfect condition.

Please note:

  • Engraved items and earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

  • Orders that included a free gift must return the free item along with the rest of the order to receive a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear.


How to Return (UK Orders)

  1. Email our Customer Care team at:
    customercare@sandyt.com
    Please include your full name, contact number, order number, and reason for return.

  2. We will issue you with a Royal Mail Tracked returns label by email.

  3. Print and attach the label, then drop your parcel off at your nearest Royal Mail drop-off point.

  4. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange.

    • A £3.95 returns label fee (equivalent to our UK Standard Delivery cost) will be deducted from your refund unless the item is confirmed faulty.


How to Return (International Orders)

  1. Email our Customer Care team at:
    customercare@sandyt.com
    Please include your full name, contact number, order number, and reason for return.

  2. We will issue you with a tracked returns label by email.

  3. Print and attach the label, then post the parcel back using the instructions provided.

  4. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange.

    • The cost of the international returns label will be deducted from your refund unless the item is confirmed faulty. The exact cost will be confirmed when your label is issued.


Exchanges & Resizing

Most of our pieces can be made bigger or smaller. Just mention the size you need when requesting your returns label and we’ll do our best to adjust or exchange it. Exchanges are usually processed within 10 days of receiving the return.


Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please email a clear photo and your order number to:
customercare@sandyt.com
We’ll send you a prepaid returns label free of charge.


Repairs

We’re happy to repair accidental damage or breakage for a small fee. Please send a photo and your order number to:
customercare@sandyt.com


Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued once we’ve received your return.

  • Postage costs are only refunded if the item is confirmed as faulty.

  • Items purchased via our website must be returned to us directly.
