Shipping policy

UK Delivery (via Royal Mail Tracked)

• Standard Delivery – £3.95 (up to 7 working days from order date). FREE on orders £50 or more.

• Express Delivery – £5.95 (1–2 working days). Order before 11am, Monday–Friday, for estimated next-day delivery. Express delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed.

• Special Delivery – £9.95 (guaranteed delivery before 1pm, including Saturday). Order before 11am, Monday–Friday, for next-day delivery.

Order & Dispatch

We dispatch Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 11am, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next dispatch day. Saturday delivery is included for Express and Special Delivery, but we do not dispatch on Saturdays. Sundays and bank holidays are excluded from delivery estimates.

Preparation is included in your chosen delivery timeframe; there is no additional production allowance to add to the delivery times above.

International Delivery (via Royal Mail Tracked)

• Tracked Delivery – £9.99 (delivery times vary by destination)

Please note: International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the parcel reaches its destination. These are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused due to customs charges or refusal to accept delivery, any costs incurred (including shipping and handling) will be deducted from your refund.
